The ECAL314-SF2 is a 2-port ECAL300 electronic calibration module for calibrating and correcting errors in RIGOL vector network analysers. It covers 100 kHz to 14 GHz and uses SMA Female calibration ports, with USB 2.0 providing communication and power.
