Used Equipment Condition Guide

Our used and refurbished test equipment has previously been owned, operated or used for demonstration purposes, so its physical condition will vary from product to product. To make the condition of each item as clear as possible before purchase, we assign one of the following condition ratings.

Excellent
Fully functional and in very good overall condition, with only light signs of previous use such as minor marks or surface wear.
Good
Fully functional with normal signs of previous use, including scratches, scuffs, discolouration or general wear.
Used
Fully functional but with more substantial signs of use, such as heavier scratches, worn surfaces, dents or damaged plastics.
Damaged
Functional, but with significant physical damage, deterioration or damaged components. Specific issues will be detailed on the product listing.
Please note: Condition ratings primarily describe the equipment’s physical condition. Unless otherwise stated, used equipment is functional at the time of testing. Please review the individual product description and images for details of any specific wear, damage or missing components.
