Free Calibration
When you buy a Kikusui, Delta Elektronika or Lab-Power unit from us, we calibrate it, traceable to national standards (calibration is included within the scope of our ISO9001-2015 accreditation), just before we ship it to you. This gives you the peace of mind that the figures you see on the display can be trusted.
You order, we take the unit and pre-delivery inspect it. This means an electrical safety test, a visual inspection and a function check. Then we calibrate it using UKAS (ISO 17025) calibrated equipment. Your unit is then carefully repacked now including the calibration certificate including test results and shipped to you. This normally happens on the same day that you place your order. Some manufacturers calibrations simply state that “The equipment meets its specifications” or words to that effect which is not very useful.
Say goodbye to calibrations that were carried out by the manufacturer and then sat in storage for months. Re-calibration is always available, usually within a few days, sometimes while you wait if the job is really urgent. Calibrations that require a UKAS accreditation can be provided on short turn arounds using our UKAS calibration partner.
