Introducing the Micsig SigOFIT™ Probe, designed with exclusive optical isolation technology for unparalleled signal accuracy. With up to 1GHz bandwidth and a common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 180dB at DC, this probe ensures precise testing of differential signals from ±0.01V to ±6250V. It’s the ideal tool for high-voltage, high-bandwidth applications such as GaN and SiC device testing, motor drive design, and power converters.
