Description
Rigol MSO9402 2 Channel + 16 Digital, 4 GHz, 20 GSa/s Digital Oscilloscope
Note: Image is a Digital representation for illustrative purposes; actual product may vary.
The MSO/DS9000 series digital oscilloscope is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of mainstream applications in electronic design, debugging, and advanced testing environments. Powered by RIGOL’s next-generation, self-developed processing module, this versatile instrument delivers unprecedented performance by achieving a blazing-fast waveform capture rate of up to 1,000,000 waveforms per second in fast recording mode. This high-speed acquisition ensures that rare glitches and transient anomalies are captured with absolute fidelity.
To complement this speed, the series boasts an industry-leading 2 Gpts(1) memory depth, allowing users to record extensive periods of high-resolution data without sacrificing sample rates. Precision is further elevated by an adaptive 8 to 16-bit(2) vertical resolution, which works in tandem with an exceptionally low noise floor and superior vertical accuracy. This powerful combination allows engineers to resolve micro-volt level signals with confidence, eliminating measurement uncertainty and delivering an exceptional, seamless test and measurement experience from the bench to the production line.
Notes:
1: 2 Gpts is an optional upgrade; the standard built-in memory depth is 500 Mpts. This 2 Gpts option is exclusively available for 4-channel models or the MSO model.
2: 16-bit resolution applies specifically to the Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG), which is an option available only on the MSO model.
