Siglent ODP6100B, 1GHz, Optical Isolated Voltage Probe

The ODP6000B series optical isolation voltage probe has a bandwidth of 500 MHz. It utilises advanced optical fibre transmission technology, achieving complete electrical isolation of signal input and output through electrical-optical-electrical conversion. It has an ultra-high common-mode rejection ratio. It can provide reliable solutions for testing high-voltage floating signals, third-generation semiconductor power devices, and new energy inverters.

High Bandwidth

The optical isolation probe has a bandwidth of 500MHz and 1GHz. It uses advanced optical fiber transmission technology and achieves complete electrical isolation of signal input and output through electrical-optical-electrical conversion. It has an ultra-high common mode rejection ratio. It is extremely suitable for testing switching power supplies, motor drives, new energy inverters, and frequency converters. In particular, in the testing of high-frequency circuits such as third-generation semiconductors such as gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC), ODP6000B can almost perfectly suppress its high-frequency common mode noise and provide accurate measurement results.
High Performance

Compared with traditional probes, optical isolation probes have higher common mode rejection ratio and isolation voltage. When testing low-frequency DC signals, the common mode rejection ratio is as high as 160dB. Even in the 1GHz high-frequency signal test, it can maintain a common mode rejection ratio of 70dB, which can effectively suppress common mode interference in both low and high frequency bands. At the same time, the optical isolation probe provides an isolation voltage of up to ±60kV, which can achieve electrical isolation in high-voltage floating signal testing, preventing high voltage or dangerous circuits from causing harm to engineers and test instruments.
Wide Range

When testing high voltage or high power circuits, the ODP6000B series optical isolation probe can test a wide range of voltage signals from millivolts to kilovolts without sacrificing the signal-to-noise ratio by matching different attenuators. It has excellent adaptability and provides an efficient solution for wide bandgap semiconductor circuit testing.
