The R&S®NPA family comprises compact, all-in-one testers for DC load, AC load, and standby current characterisation. These instruments eliminate the need for external PC software by providing a high-resolution numerical and graphical display directly on the unit. With a basic accuracy of 0.05% and a wide power measurement range from 50 µW up to 12 kW, the series is built for both R&D labs and production test systems.
