The SIGLENT SNA5000A and SNA6000A series of Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs) are high-performance instruments designed for precise measurement and analysis in RF and microwave applications. The SNA5000A series covers a wide frequency range from 9 kHz to 8.5 GHz and 100 kHz to 26.5 GHz, supporting 2/4-port scattering parameters, differential-parameter, and time-domain measurements, making it ideal for determining Q-factor, bandwidth, and insertion loss in filters. It offers features like impedance conversion, measurement plane adjustments, limit testing, ripple test, fixture simulation, and various calibration methods (SOLT, SOLR, TRL, Response, Enhanced Response). With five sweep modes—Linear-Frequency, Log-Frequency, Power-Sweep, CW-Time, and Segment-Sweep—the SNA5000A is versatile for R&D and manufacturing. The SNA6000A series provides bandwidths of 13.5 GHz and 26.5 GHz, with 2-port and 4-port models available, along with standard and extended versions featuring Direct Receiver Access (DRA). Built on a flexible, integrated system, the SNA6000A offers future-proof performance for expanding needs in modern electronics testing, making both series powerful solutions for advanced measurement and analysis in evolving radio technologies.
