  • Operating voltage ranges from 10 V to 1000 V. Minimum operating voltage required to sink current is 1.5 V

  • In ARB mode, arbitrary I-V characteristics can be set by registering multiple I-V characteristic points (pairs of voltage and current values). Three up to 100 points can be registered, and the space between two points is linearly interpolated.
