Microtest 6364 LCR Meter
The Microtest 6364 is a 10Hz to 100kHz Bench LCR Meter. Microtest a leader in electronic product design, produce LCR Meters and Impedance Analysers (Z), offering a wide range of test frequencies to suit multiple applications in the testing of electronic components. The Microtest 6364 bench LCR meter encompasses high accuracy with speed. The test frequency range is continuously adjustable from 10Hz to 100kHz with a high measurement accuracy of ±0.05% allowing four parameters to be tested simultaneously.
Support for USB Host,RS-232, GPIB, Handler and LAN interfaces. Optional PC software for graphic analysing is also available Typical test environments include:- production line, quality assurance or incoming quality control or automated testing departments.
