Rigol MHO2000 Series High-Resolution Digital Oscilloscope

The MHO2000 series comprises two models of high-resolution mixed-signal oscilloscopes intended for design, debugging, and test applications requiring bandwidths up to 350 MHz. Its 1,000,000 wfms/s waveform capture rate (in fast recording mode), 500 Mpts memory depth, 12-bit resolution, and excellent noise floor are ready to meet the high-accuracy needs of a wide array of applications. Additionally, the MHO2000 series oscilloscopes sport a 10.1-inch touchscreen, optional integrated AFG, Bode plot analysis, and a variety of serial decode options.

Key Features:

12-bit Vertical Resolution: With 12-bit vertical resolution and up to 4096 levels of quantisation bits – 16 times that of an 8-bit oscilloscope – measurement accuracy is greatly improved, enabling the capture of the smallest details of a waveform.
Low Noise: Make the most of 12-bit analogue-to-digital converters with a significantly lower noise floor.
500 Mpts Memory Depth: With up to 500 million points in a single capture, use the deep memory to record events, navigate long continuous captures, or even further reduce the noise with high-resolution mode.
Multi-Instrument Capability: Arbitrary Waveform/Function Generator (opt), digital signal analysis, and Bode plot analysis.
Protocol Analysis for today’s common serial communication buses: Trigger, decode, and visualise serial bus traffic to speed analysis and debug of Embedded Serial Bus designs.
