Micsig RCP1200L-700 Rogowski AC Current Probe

The Micsig RCP series Rogowski current probe measures AC currents up to 12000 Apk and offers a maximum bandwidth of 30MHz. With nearly zero insertion impedance, the probes minimise interference to the circuit under test. The coils exhibit high voltage resistance (up to 10 kVpk) and support customisation of coil cross-sectional diameter, perimeter, and lead length to accommodate complex application scenarios.

It features a standard BNC interface for use with any oscilloscope. Its compact, flexible design easily solves the hard-to-reach part issue, and the coil diameter supports customisation to meet more test requirements.

Features
  • Measure the Id current of the MOSFET: The RCP has excellent high-frequency measurement capabilities, easily handles high-speed signals and rapidly changing current waveforms, helping to observe high-frequency harmonic components when measuring the Id current of MOSFETs.
  • Smallest coil cross-section: RCP-XS series coil has a cross-sectional diameter of just 1.6 mm, effortlessly passing through the narrow lead pitch of semiconductor devices such as TO-220 and TO-47. Most compact flexible design easily solved the hard-to-reach part issue, coil diameter support customised made to meet more test requirements.
  • BNC Interface: Standard BNC interface to use on any oscilloscope.
