Description


The VNA instrument is usually used to analyse the characteristics of the frequency domain of the device, but it can also use the frequency domain parameters to calculate the inverse Fourier transform (IFFT) to obtain the characteristics of the time domain of the device.

The TDA (Time Domain Analysis) feature enables the measured frequency domain data to be converted to the time domain data through mathematical calculation, and performs an analysis for the time domain characteristics of the DUT.
