The SSG5080A-LP option is an upgrade for the Siglent SSG5080A RF Signal Generator, designed to deliver ultra-low phase noise performance. By enabling this option, the instrument achieves superior signal purity, reducing spurious and phase noise levels significantly. This makes it ideal for demanding test scenarios where clean, stable signals are critical. When activated, the SSG5080A-LP optimises the internal synthesiser architecture and clock distribution to reduce jitter and noise contributions. Engineers benefit from high spectral purity across the entire frequency range, enabling accurate and repeatable measurements.
