Probe set for E and H near-field measurements, 30 MHz to 3 GHz
The R&S® HZ-15 Probe Set enables engineers to quickly locate and analyse unwanted electromagnetic emissions during product development, EMC pre-compliance testing and fault finding.
The probe set contains two passive E-field probes and three passive H-field probes, each optimised for different measurement tasks. The electrically shielded magnetic field probes provide excellent spatial resolution, allowing engineers to pinpoint individual tracks, components and signal paths responsible for radiated emissions.
Suitable for use with spectrum analysers, EMI receivers and oscilloscopes fitted with a 50 Ω input, the HZ-15 is an invaluable accessory for EMC engineers developing electronic products, reducing EMC failures and speeding up the debugging process. For detecting very weak signals, the optional R&S® HZ-16 preamplifier provides an additional 20 dB of gain.
