Building on the success of last year’s launch, the DG5000 Pro Series adds even more power and flexibility to RIGOL’s high-performance waveform generation lineup. With up to 500 MHz bandwidth, 2.5 GSa/s sampling, and 16-bit vertical resolution, it delivers clean, accurate signals across demanding R&D, validation, and production environments.
The compact platform integrates up to 8 independent output channels with picosecond-class synchronization and isolated outputs — reducing rack space and simplifying complex multi-node test benches.
High Fidelity & Low Jitter
Powered by RIGOL’s proprietary SiFi II technology, DG5000 Pro achieves jitter as low as 200 ps. Engineers can reliably stress timing margins, exercise clock/data recovery, and validate high-speed interfaces with confidence.


High-Density Multi-Channel Design
Scale from 2 to 8 high-performance channels in a single chassis — cutting system space by up to two-thirds versus traditional multi-box setups. Each channel is independently configurable for amplitude, offset, waveform type, and sequencing.
Ultra-Precise Synchronization
- Channel-to-channel skew: under 500 ps for coherent phase and timing.
- Adjustable output delay: within ±200 ns for fine alignment and skew compensation.
- Picosecond-level coordination enables multi-domain experiments (clocking, triggering, MIMO/beamforming, and more).


Isolated Channel Grouping
Four pairs of isolated channel groups reduce ground loops and crosstalk, enabling differential signaling and independent reference domains. This isolation is especially valuable in power electronics, mixed-signal verification, and sensor/actuator emulation.
